GENERATION GAPS

there are 3 main groups in the world today:
Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y
we need to understand each to understand how things interact, how they will eventuate.
each group has it's own agenda, it's own hopes and dreams.

this world, and it's outcome, is in our hands.  Love and light.

original music by wanderer7.  Scored for clarinet and piano; a fast paced piece, with a clear melodic stream.  Enjoy!

But to choose is to live in duality…we do not have to place ourselves in categories, we need to know we are all uniquely human and not just a product of our generation. This is not a scolding or attempt to argue with you here…but any time we label something, we immediately place limitations on it.

As individuals, we have differing hopes and dreams, but as people we are all one. Whether we are 90 years old, or 9.

And that is the beauty of life, we are all ages.

Blessings,
Aley

I live all 3 generations.
I embrace the boomers because I dropped out of the illusion of money bringing me happiness when I took LSD in the 60's.
I relate to the anarchist movement of the Gen X'ers because I am a New Yorker and
a realist.
I am hopeful & positive that in most human beings, no matter what their age is, there is a
love of life and we all want to live rather then the opposite. Call me a millenial.
Just today I entertained the guys of an alternative band called The Restarts.
They get me, and I get them.
No generation barrier there when you are kind to each other.

I agree with Aley and Ladybear.  Labeling places limitations on who we are and who we can become.  I embrace people of all generations.  We are all ONE.

What is wrong with labels?
Without labels all language and knowledge is impossible.
Labels are ways of making distinctions.
Yes, there are no absolute distinctions, but neither is there an absolute lack of distinctions.
We are all one, but differences are just as real as similarities.

Generations are just trends.
They give us a way of understanding the world.
With understanding, our choices are increased.
